This an Antitrust Lawyer's Wet Dream!

I mean how can it not violate existing antitrust laws. It obviously
would be too much consolidation in an industry that is already
sorely lacking in competition. Microsoft absorbing AOL? If only
I practiced Antitrust law...

...the settlement will be amazing.
